CARIBBEAN HEAT featuring BASIL
The show includes Calypso dancing, audience participation and Basil's daring demonstrations of walking on broken glass & a bed of nails! The entertainers also include fire blowing & the flaming limbo! The group can bring their own music but they will need a sound system for playback. Caribbean Heat can perform to the music of a live band or a DJ. The band or DJ must play Caribbean or Calypso style music. Otherwise they should provide the dancers with a playback system and Caribbean Heat will bring their own music tracks on a CD. IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING FIRE: many venues require the group to obtain a fire permit from the local Fire Marshall before they are approved to perform with fire. Caribbean Heat's manager will arrange for the fire permit. Caribbean Heat can perform a lively and entertaining show without fire if the fire permit is not approved for the party location. ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: please provide a changing room for the dancers near the performance area. |
